I was very disappointed with the condition of the straws on the cups.
They were worn and opaque. These are the only type of drinking cups that my special needs child can use and it was sad to see the condition in which I received them.
I contacted the vendor before I posted the review to see if they could rectify this but have not heard back from them.
OH! please please contact us 0428260812 - we didn't get the message! We can replace straws no problem. That is not good. P.S. we LOVE special needs kids xxoo
Great Cup for Milk!
Posted by Kelly on 31st Aug 2020
This straw cup is great. It is used in my house on a daily basis. We use it for cows milk. My daughter is capable with a cup but this straw cup gives me a little bit of peace of mind that milk wont go everywhere. We have never used a bottle so this was a great transition from breastfeeding to milk for us. As mentioned, by another reviewer, this straw cup is no longer sold in stores. I was very happy with the service provided by Aston-James, particularly the excellent packaging of the cups in a box and bubble wrap. I bought 6 cups (for my sister and I) and we both love them. The postage is a little high but if you go in with another person then $5 postage is reasonable. Just to mention one negative, you cannot purchase spare straws. If you lose them down the sink like I have over the years you have to buy a whole new cup. A great straw cup though!
YES we do sell spare straws Kelly! 50c each and if you want to purchase just straws - please ask for a code for postage :)
Great service and hard to find products!

Dinker Training and Drinking cups

Great cups which can no longer be purchased in store anymore. Our adult daughter has cerebral palsy. She needs a cup with handles and a straw. These cups are great for her to use. Functional, practical, portable, washable and easy to carry around. Its just unfortunate we cannot mix and match these cups so we have to buy 2 to make 1.

I have always liked these cups since my children were young. They are easier to clean than other cups that have straws, and are a better price. They prevent major spills and are easier for children to use themselves without an adult opening the lid for them to use.
I was very sad when I couldn't find them on the shelves at the supermarket, even though that was where I had bought them previously. I was very happy to find somewhere that I could purchase them from.
delivery good but straws too bent
Posted by Unknown on 13th Feb 2019
We appreciated the good service but the plastic straws are so bent it is difficult to use the straw because of its curvature. Getting the last bit of drink out is also difficult for the same reason .
(thanks for that feed back - If you put straws into hot water, they straighten - this sometimes needs to be done when they are new after being squashing in packing)
